When you are traveling it is often necessary to run the car. I generally go from car rental company to car rental company, either calling them directly, or doing an Internet search in order to find the best price. Many times one of the companies that comes up with the best price is the budget rent a car company. They have almost consistently able to offer us a good deal at almost any airport where we fly into.

The budget rent a car company was founded in Los Angeles in the year 1958 by one man, but he was joined by another and they became partners. Actually, the husband of Ann Landers is one of the people that was an original partner with the company. Since that time, the company has changed hands many times, and is currently in the hands of the Avis corporation. The company currently has about 1,900 locations and over 25,000 employees.

So the next time you want to rent a car, don't forget to give budget rent a car a try. And all the times I have rented the cars from them I have never been disappointed.
